Thank you for shopping with Milletsy. We hope you love our millet-based ready-to-cook products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product

In such cases, we offer free replacement, subject to verification.

To be eligible, please:

  • Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Provide your order ID and contact details

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. To cancel:

  • Email us or WhatsApp us with your order ID

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

3. Amazon, WhatsApp & Social Media Orders

If you ordered through Amazon or other marketplaces, please follow their respective return/refund processes as they govern the transaction.

For WhatsApp or social media orders fulfilled directly by Milletsy, the same rules mentioned above apply. Kindly keep your order confirmation and proof of payment handy when raising any issue.

4. No Returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
