1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is unserviceable, we’ll notify you at checkout or reach out after you place the order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

During peak sales or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

You’ll receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹399.

• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹399.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

6. Packaging & Quality

Your Milletsy meals are carefully packed in tamper-evident, vacuum sealed, eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to stick to delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Unforeseen courier issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:

We will contact you for reshipping
